Rolleo ("the game", "we", "us") is a free browser game operated by Nondual Games (Jithu Sunny). We care about privacy and we collect as little as possible. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. Questions or requests: [email protected].

The short version

• You can play without an account and without giving us any personal information.
• We show no ads, use no tracking or analytics SDKs, and do not sell data or build advertising profiles.
• The only thing we store on our servers is what you choose to post to the public leaderboard (a nickname + a lap time).

What we collect, and why

• The nickname you type — saved in your own browser (localStorage) so you don't re-type it. It never leaves your device unless you submit a time to the Daily Challenge leaderboard, in which case your chosen nickname and lap time are sent to and stored on our server to display the public rankings. Please use a nickname, not your real name, and don't enter personal information.
• Your scores/stats — saved in your own browser only (localStorage). You can clear them anytime with "reset scores" or your browser settings.
• Technical/connection data — our hosting and network provider, Cloudflare, processes your IP address and standard request information to deliver the game, keep it secure, and prevent abuse (e.g. rate-limiting). We don't use this to track or profile you.
• Online multiplayer — to connect two players we relay a short room code and connection-setup messages; the actual gameplay is exchanged directly between the two devices and is not stored by us.

Children

Rolleo is family-friendly. Children can play without providing any personal information — play as a guest and use a made-up nickname. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). If you believe a child has entered personal information (for example, a real name on the leaderboard), email us at [email protected] and we will remove it promptly. We do not show behavioral or targeted advertising.

Optional sign-in (not currently available)

We may later add an optional "Sign in with Google" so you can save your profile across devices. If we do, it would be off by default, would request only your name and profile picture (not your email), would be offered only after an age check, and we will update this policy before that feature launches.

How long we keep it & how to delete it

• Leaderboard entries persist until the board resets or you ask us to remove yours.
• Data in your browser (nickname/scores) stays until you clear it.
• To request removal of a leaderboard entry or any data we hold, email [email protected].

Who processes data for us

Cloudflare (hosting, content delivery, storage, security). No advertising or analytics third parties are used.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (e.g. the EU/UK under GDPR, or California), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to object to certain processing. To exercise any right, email [email protected]. The data controller is Nondual Games (Jithu Sunny), India.

Changes

If we change this policy we'll post the new version here with an updated date, and for significant changes we'll note it in the game.
